904L Stainless Steel Coil
904L stainless steel coil is a non-stabilized austenitic stainless steel material with low carbon content. This high alloy stainless steel is added with copper to improve its resistance to strong reducing acids, such as sulphuric acid. The steel is also resistant to stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. Coil 904L is non-magnetic, and offers excellent formability, toughness, and weldability.
The 904L stainless steel plate is a highly alloyed austenitic stainless steel with very low carbon content and excellent corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid, designed for harsh corrosion conditions. Has high chromium content and plenty of nickel content, the addition of copper makes it have strong ability to resist acid, especially for chloride clearance corrosion and stress corrosion cracking are highly resistant, not easy appeared pitting spots and cracks, pitting resistance slightly better with other steel grade, good machinability and weldability, can be used for pressure vessels.
