Features of PPGI Roofing Sheet:

1. The acid and alkali resistant, good acid and alkali corrosion resistance.Proved by the experiment, respectively, in the pH = 1 in sulfuric acid solution and 10% NaOH solution for 72 hours, no corrosion even in a high pH environment can be at ease.
2. Strong waterproof: good water resistance, the product material itself is poorly soluble in water, bibulous rate is 9% or less, far higher than the national standard (12%) or less.
3. Super bending force. This product has a transverse bending force of 4229 N, the longitudinal bending force of 486 N, far higher than the national standard requirement (horizontal or 2400 N, vertical 300 N or higher). This product, from 1.5 meters, can withstand a pressure of 100 kg.
4. Frost resistance to cold: magnesium oxide content in magnesium board is as high as 50%, the coefficient of thermal conductivity is only 0.070, and in – 40 ºC cold conditions without any deformation.
5. Fire resistance to high temperature: this product insulation can reach 10 ~ 12 ºC (indoor and outdoor temperature difference), the reason is adopted by magnesium oxide, high calcium powder, inorganic materials such as magnesium oxide white amorphous powder, non-toxic, tasteless, odourless, relative density of 3.85 (25 ºC), melting point 2852 ºC, boiling point 3600 ºC, belong to national a-class non-combustible material, such as commonly used in the manufacture of refractory brick and refractory tubes, crucible, furnaces, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, cement kiln, and so on, belong to the super grade refractory (national standard above 2000 ºC).
