1050 HO/O Aluminum Strip
1050 – O/HO aluminum foil strip is mainly used for dry-type and oil-immersed transformer winding. The thickness range of 1050 aluminum foil strip for transformer is from 0.2mm to 3.00mm, and the width ranges from 30mm to 1600mm.
The 1050 transformer aluminum strip foil is made from pure aluminum, with an aluminum content of more than 99.5%. 1050 aluminum strip has the characteristics of high plasticity, good corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. Still, it has low strength, is not strengthened by heat treatment, has poor machinability, and can be accepted for gas welding, argon arc welding, and spot welding.
