DX51D galvanized steel tube is a European standard galvanized steel pipe. Its base plate is hot rolled, stamping grade 51, and low-carbon steel as the base material. DX51D+Z is its hot-dip galvanized version. The hot-dip galvanized surface is plated with a layer of zinc; 140 means 140 grams of zinc is applied, and 275 means 275 grams of zinc is applied. The base plate used in hot-dip galvanizing is cold-rolled, and coating the cold-rolled plate with zinc is called galvanizing. Ordinary hot-dip galvanizing is 80 grams, and 140 and 275 are high zinc layers. The purpose of hot-dip galvanizing is to prevent steel from rusting. Compared with ordinary steel pipes, DX51D galvanized tubes have stronger corrosion resistance and longer service life, so they are widely used in construction, municipal engineering, industry, and other fields. The mechanical properties of DX51D galvanized steel tube include: yield strength of 270~370MPa, high strength, and hardness, which can meet the requirements of construction, transportation, and other fields. Specifically, when the nominal thickness of the product is greater than 0.5mm and less than or equal to 0.7mm, the minimum elongation is reduced by 2% from the value in the table; when the nominal thickness of the product is not greater than 0.5 mm, the minimum elongation is 4% less than the value in the table. If the nominal thickness of the product is between 0.35mm and 0.5mm, the minimum elongation is reduced by 7% from the value in the table.
