Aluminum Composite Panel
Aluminum Composite Panel intense heat resistance and super strong peel strength can make the panel resistant to high temperatures and keep color for 15 years, and it is resistant to boiling water without peeling off.
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) is a three-layer sandwich panel consisting of two pre-painted aluminum sheets bonded to a polyethylene (PE) core. ACM panels are a premium material for indoor or outdoor applications requiring good dimensional stability, low weight, and a stylish, bright appearance. The middle of the aluminum-plastic panel adopts a modified polyethylene plastic core layer, and the two sides are wrapped with a non-combustible aluminum layer. Aluminum-plastic panels have strong weather resistance, are non-toxic, and are environmentally friendly.
The panels are also easy to work with and maintain, as they can be cut, routed, folded, and formed using simple tools, and their surfaces can be cleaned with just mild detergent and water.
The panel can be used for a variety of purposes, including interior settings such as ceiling partitions, display shelves, toilets, and kitchens, and exterior locations such as building exteriors (cladding), decoration, and advertising signage.

Why Choose Aluminum Composite Panels?
- Weather Resistance: Withstands extreme temperatures (-50°C to +80°C) and salt spray (1,500+ hours per ASTM B117).
- Peel Strength: ≥6.5 N/mm² (tested per ASTM D1876), ensuring delamination resistance even in boiling water (96-hour immersion test).
- Weight: 50% lighter than solid aluminum (4–8 kg/m² vs. 12–16 kg/m²), reducing shipping and installation costs.
- Labor Savings: Easy to cut, bend, and install with standard woodworking tools.
- Finish Options: PVDF-coated (Kynar 500®), polyester, or anodized finishes in 200+ RAL colors.
- Texture Choices: Metallic, stone, or woodgrain patterns.
