Strip Stainless Steel Poles 304L adalah baja tahan karat seri 300 yang merupakan salah satu strip logam yang paling banyak digunakan karena ketahanan terhadap korosi dan fabrikasi yang baik. As a mature surface treatment method, polished stainless steel strip has been widely used. Polishing can further improve the corrosion resistance and bright effect of stainless steel. Polished stainless steel strips are slender, flat sheets that undergo a meticulous polishing process for a smooth, reflective finish. This unique finish enhances the corrosion resistance and reflective properties of stainless steel. We offer two different finishes for polished stainless steel bands: brushed for a refined texture, or mirrored for an impeccable shine.

There are five brightness levels:
Level 1: oxidation film surface is white, no brightness.
Level 2: slightly shiny, look not clear outline;
Level 3:, brightness is good, can see outline;
Level 4: surface light, a clear outline (the equivalent of electrochemical polishing surface quality); Level 5: a mirror sheen.
304L Polished Stainless Steel Strip is also available for heavy industrial applications, especially in highly corrosive environments.
316L Polished Stainless Steel Strip is almost the same as the Grade 316 Polished Strip.
316L Polished Stainless Steel Strip has a lower carbon content and better corrosion resistance than 316. The corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel strip is better than that of 304 polished stainless steel strip, and it has good corrosion resistance in the production process of pulp and paper industry. Moreover, the 316L polished stainless steel belt can also resist the erosion of marine and corrosive industrial atmospheres.
309S Polished Stainless Steel Strip is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel that provides excellent corrosion and heat resistance for many critical applications. 309S polished stainless steel strips are widely used in important fields such as boilers, energy (nuclear power, thermal power, fuel cells), industrial furnaces, incinerators, heating furnaces, and chemical and petrochemical industries.
This specification is intended to define the chemical/mechanical properties and criteria for cold-rolled grade polished 904L stainless steel strips.
