Phase 1:Stainless steel food processing equipment installation
Machinery Upgraded:
– High-Shear Mixers: 316L stainless steel blades & bowls (EPDM seals).
– Conveyor Belts: 304 stainless steel mesh belts (IP69K washdown-rated motors).
– Storage Tanks: 10,000L 304 tanks with tri-clamp fittings.
Surface Finishes:
– #4 Brushed Finish: Non-reflective surfaces for safety.
– Electropolishing: Enhanced Ra 0.4 µm finish (ISO 21920-2).
Phase 2: Sanitation Protocol Overhaul
– Cleaning Agents: Switched from chlorine-based to nitric acid (3% concentration) for passivation.
– Validation: ATP swab tests <10 RLU (vs. 500+ RLU pre-upgrade).
